4. Elton Brand

Some Clippers fans will be salty when it comes to Brand. That's understandable. Still, Brand left an undeniable impact on the LA Clippers.

After all, he played for the team from 2001 to 2008. Throughout that time, Brand was Mr. Reliable. Statistically, his best season came in 2005-06 when he averaged 24.7 points and 10.0 rebounds per game.

You could set your watch to 20 points and 10 rebounds for Brand throughout that era. His PER of 26.5 during that season is staggering. With that said Brand's career LA Clippers PER mark of 23.4 represents a player that the organization could always rely on.

Until he left, that is. Brand's departure from the Clippers will mar his status in the organization's history. Still, he remains one of the best players in the team's history.
