December Win

In the midst of a December four game losing streak and Blake Griffin out with an injury, the Clippers needed a win against the visiting Washington Wizards. The end looked bleak for the Clippers down 2 with 15 seconds remaining.

Williams answered the call with his signature pull up jumper while driving towards his left that Clippers’ fans became accustomed to all season long. William’s three pointer capped of a 35 point game and a major comeback game for the Clippers that brought some much needed momentum back to the team.

This shot was the first instance Clipper fans saw of William’s ability to take over games and be a fourth quarter juggernaut as evident through his performance through the rest of the season.
