The LA Clippers Milos Teodosic left Thursday night’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder with a foot injury.

The injuries just keep coming. During Thursday night’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder, LA Clippers’ point guard Milos Teodosic left the game with a foot injury. The team revealed that it was a sore plantar fascia which left him unable to return.

Teodosic has already had issues with this injury during the season. He injured it during only the second game of the season. It caused him to miss more than 20 games before returning against the Raptors. However, up until last night, it seemed to be a thing of the past.

Now, things are once again uncertain for the rookie point guard. Doc Rivers addressed the injury post game, saying that things didn’t look good, but until he is tested further, Milos is day-to-day.

This injury is bad timing for the Clippers, especially with Patrick Beverley already out for the season and the recent news that Austin Rivers will be out longer than expected. Rookie point guard Jawun Evans will likely get the starting role now as the team prepares to face several playoff caliber teams this month, including Saturday’s afternoon match-up against the Golden State Warriors. Lou Williams will also have to continue to shoulder the load for the guards. Williams has been playing at an All-Star level and may have to do so with even more minutes for the time being.

The Clippers are still in reach of the 8th seed in the West, but if injuries continuously pile up, it will be hard to slide into playoff contention. Hopefully everyone can come back soon.
