Lou has elevated his play immensely this year since stepping up in the absence of all the Clippers’ injured players.

In 34 games so far, he is averaging a career high 21.4 points per game. He also has a career high 4.8 assists per game. Oh, did I mention that he is shooting a career high 44.4% from the field, including yet another career high 40.8% from deep?

It’s safe to say that Lou is one of, if not THE main reason that the Clippers have still managed to stay near playoff contention despite all their injury woes. To be 31 years old and hitting all career highs is something special. Let’s help out our 6th man and get him in his first All-Star Game!
