Ahead of Wednesday’s game, LA Clippers’ guard Milos Teodosic teased his return to the court.
The best rookie point guard in Los Angeles may play again on Wednesday. After missing every game since injuring himself in the second game of the season, the LA Clippers’ Milos Teodosic teased his return on Twitter on Tuesday afternoon.
This is extremely exciting for LA Clippers fans, as there has not been a lot of good news surrounding the team lately. Four of their five opening night starters have been injured and only Milos and Danilo Gallinari look to be coming back soon.
Gallinari is officially listed as questionable for Wednesday, while Teodosic is still ruled out.
This tease of his return isn’t a surprise, however. Both Teodosic and Gallinari were assigned to the Agua Caliente Clippers of Ontario on Monday and practiced with the team. Signs must have been good, as they have already been called back up to join the LA Clippers.

The return of the two European players will be huge for a struggling LA Clippers team in two areas: ball handling and scoring. Teodosic coming back could open up a lot for the Clips, as his passing will make teams more weary on defense. Teodosic’s passing could also allow for DeAndre Jordan to become a bigger threat on the offensive end. He will also relieve Austin Rivers of some ball handling duty.
Gallinari’s return will help replace the lack of scoring that the team has had ever since Blake Griffin went down. Both the aforementioned Rivers and Lou Williams have increased their scoring output, but it hasn’t been enough. Gallo’s return will hopefully give the Clips enough to be close in almost every game.
