The LA Clippers will return to the hardwood for their third game in four nights when they face off with the Orlando Magic on Wednesday. After earning back-to-back victories over the Utah Jazz and the Western Conference-leading Golden State Warriors on Sunday and Monday respectively, LA will look to get their third consecutive win over a young and talented Magic squad.
Their performances have been up-and-down this season, but the Clippers have consistently won with their defense. Steve Kerr praised the Clippers for controlling the pace defensively after their win over the Warriors, and he lauded James Harden for his style of play offensively as well.
Fatigue can often set in for NBA teams when playing so many games in a short amount of time, but the Clippers still need every win they can get to keep pace in a loaded Western Conference. The Magic are borderline unstoppable at the moment, winning their last six games in a row and having not lost since November 6. LA has a tall task ahead of them.
