Clippers season outlook and roster information
The Clippers have now made the playoffs in five of the last six seasons, as well as 11 of the last 13. They are one of the most consistently successful franchises in the NBA, and things should be no different this coming season.
The biggest change Ty Lue and his staff will have to adjust to will be the departure of Paul George. Kawhi Leonard's running mate departed for Philadelphia in the offseason, and a roster shakeup followed. But the Clippers went out and got ancillary role players to supplant George's lost production in the form of Derrick Jones Jr., Kris Dunn, Kevin Porter Jr. and Nic Batum.
It is unlikely that the Clippers will be considered among the top championship contenders in the Western Conference this season. However, they still have enough pieces to stay more than competitive. Between a revamped roster and a completely rebranded line of jerseys, Clippers fans will want to make sure they catch as many games as they can this season.
