7. World B. Free

The LA Clippers had a lot of talent throughout their history. They also featured some colorful personalities. Perhaps none were as vibrant as World B. Free. 

Like Cummings, Free played for the San Diego Clippers. In 1979-80, Free averaged 30.2 points per game with a 22.7 PER to match. 

Arguably, Free is one of the most underrated players in NBA history. Perhaps that was due to his prime coming on mediocre teams. Those Clippers would go on to win 35 games. 

Still, we should give Free his flowers. He was one of the best scorers in the NBA throughout his career. He's one of the best LA Clippers in NBA history as a result.
