9. Paul George

You may have expected George to be higher on this list. Fair enough. George is a symbol of arguably the most exciting era in LA Clippers history. 

With that said, he's been aging out of his prime as a member of the Clippers. George's best season according to PER came with the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2018-19. George hit an impressive mark of 23.3 during that campaign. 

Since joining the Clippers, he's only eclipsed the 20.0 mark once. For reference, 15.0 is intended to represent an average player. So, 20.0 is a high mark. in 2023-24, George is at 18.8. 

That's a strong number. We should also take these stats with a grain of salt. A player's role factors into their PER. If you think George is better than the 9th best player in LA Clippers history, you can justify that position.
