The LA Clippers are coming off of a brutal loss that they’d love to have back against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Saturday.
The Clips had been holding up without Paul George in the lineup, winning three straight games. After those three games, however, the team ended up dropping these last two.
Of course, there’s other factors. Serge Ibaka has been missing for mysterious reasons, and now Marcus Morris Sr. missed last game due to COVID-19. The Clips have overall not had a bad year at all considering that Kawhi Leonard hasn’t been here all season, but games like Saturday’s are the ones they need to have.
They have another opportunity tonight against a struggling opponent, however. It’s time to lock in.

Clippers vs Spurs Prediction
While the Clippers haven’t necessarily been inspiring lately, I do believe they’ll be able to beat a bad Spurs team. The Clips have one of very few coaches in this league who are in the same stratosphere as Gregg Popovich, so I’m not terrified of the fact that the Clips will be without so many key players.
Besides, it looks like we’re getting Ibaka back and may even get George back. If that’s the case, we absolutely have a shot.
