No. 1 thing we’d like Santa to leave under the LA Clippers’ tree: A healthy Kawhi Leonard

Kawhi Leonard has been missing from the LA Clippers all season with his partially torn ACL. The best player in the Western Conference when healthy, if Leonard came back to the Clips he’d make them instant title contenders. Leonard technically could come back from his injury on Christmas, as sometimes partial tears can take as little as sixth months to recover from.

It’s unclear as to when he can come back, but he was spotted working out pregame in Utah, and looked comfortable moving with the ball. If Clippers fans received news that Leonard was to return for Christmas, they would love it more than any present Santa’s ever given them in the past.

Not only is Leonard a two-time NBA Champion, a two-time NBA Finals MVP, a two-time Defensive Player of the Year, and a seven-time All-Defensive selection, but he still has it. Just last year, he was First-Team All-NBA, Second-Team All-Defense, and almost shot 50/40/90.

All three of these gifts would be amazing, but one of them would be a Christmas Miracle. If Leonard comes back for Christmas, it will be a Christmas no Clippers fans would ever forget.
