No. 1 best fit for the LA Clippers still available in free agency: Victor Oladipo

Victor Oladipo is the best free agent on the board, not just for the LA Clippers.

Victor Oladipo would really lighten the blow that comes from the Clips missing out on Kawhi Leonard for what’s likely at least a significant portion of the year.

Oladipo is well-rounded, as he’s not only averaged 20.5 points per game on 44.4% shooting (34.8% from deep), but he’s also averaged 1.8 steals per game since the 2017-2018 season.

He’s collected 5.1 rebounds per game in that time frame, and dished out 4.4 assists per contest as well. He’s a former steal champ, and is like Kawhi in that he can do it all for a basketball team.

He’s one of the best replacements the Clippers would be able to find for the injured Leonard this offseason, and he’s still out there.

The Clippers should be aggressive and go after all of these guys. Free agency isn’t over, and the Clips can flip the script on how free agency has been going by signing one or more of these three.
