The LA Clippers are feeling good at the moment after a spectacular first half performance, which set up a 118-104 win vs. the Utah Jazz in Game 4 on Monday night to tie the series at 2-2.

The three ball has been huge for the Clippers all season long, and they have set a franchise record this season in three-point shooting percentage.

With the recent unfortunate news about superstar Kawhi Leonard, the Clippers need to be on target from three-point land and build on what the season has been all about.

The LA Clippers are the best they’ve ever been with the three ball and now is more important than ever to prove it.

The career season from the three-point line is going to be so crucial in the rest of this series with the Jazz, and the likelihood that Kawhi may not return for this series makes it essential. It makes Rajon Rondo a huge factor now in the series, with his facilitation to find open shooters becoming of the utmost importance to the squad.

It’s fair to say that the Clips have plenty of shooters, with the likes of a player like Marcus Morris Sr. Morris has probably been underwhelming from three lately, but was second in the league for three-point percentage during the regular season. He’s capable of going off on any one night.

Nicolas Batum has been at his brilliant best once again during this postseason, shooting 37 percent from three, as well as ‘Playoff P’ (Paul George) continuing his great playoff run at 40 percent.

The real surprise this postseason has been the three-point production from Reggie Jackson and Luke Kennard. Along with Kawhi and PG, Reggie has been the go-to scorer for the Clippers, and his 57.1 percent from three this series has made that apparent. He’s currently four three-pointers away from breaking an all-time Clippers playoff record in threes made.

Since Game 6 vs. Dallas, Luke Kennard has provided a real spark off the bench. He’s shooting 60 percent on 3.8 three-point attempts per game in this series, proving why the Clippers have so much faith in the youngster to come in and do a job.

The Clippers have many offensive threats and plenty of guys who can knock down the long ball, but they are going to need to be at their best from here on out. We’ve seen this before and know it can be done, there just has to be belief. With the adversity they’ve faced this postseason already, I know the squad is ready to take on that challenge.
