Three ways LA Clippers players can kill time during the hiatus
2. Paul George and Patrick Beverley can compete on Warzone
Paul George has spent his time so far streaming Call of Duty: Warzone. From the little I have seen of him playing, he is a pretty solid player.
But is he the best player on the team? That’s the question we posed early on in this hiatus. While we didn’t expect any players to respond, Patrick Beverley did.
He simply said “Me” in response to the question we put out.
Given the competitive nature of NBA players in general, we would have to think the two would either play together or against each other at some point. Given that the specific player in question is Bev, I feel like it’s almost a certainty that they two duke it out.
I haven’t had the chance of seeing Bev game but given how he seems to tackle the rest of life, I have to assume he’s the type of guy that lands, grabs a gun and immediately goes on the hunt for opponents. Whether or not that works remain to be seen but I find it hard to doubt the man.
If the two do decide to play with or against each other, Clipper Nation just has to hope that they decide to broadcast the event on Twitch and we can settle the debate as to who the better Call of Duty player really is.
