The LA Clippers will have their Media Day today, Sunday, September 29. Here are three things fans should be excited to see from the team.

Today is Media Day! On Sunday, September 29, LA Clippers’ fans around the world will finally get to see the team officially come together as they get ready to start training camp.

Media Day is an exciting event for all as fans can start to get official information from the team on certain subjects, see what the players and coaches’ mindsets are and so much more.

For a team like the LA Clippers, this rings especially true. The team had arguably the biggest summer of any team in the NBA, signing NBA Finals MVP Kawhi Leonard and trading for All-Star Paul George. With the addition of these two to a core that took the Golden State Warriors to six games in the playoffs last season, many have the team pegged as a championship favorite.

This is new territory for the franchise that’s past has been riddled with problems. There is a whole lot to be excited for today, but let’s take a look at the top three things fans should be pumped up to see.

Number 1 – New Uniforms

So, we already know that the team will be rocking throwback Buffalo Braves uniforms this season. That’s pretty amazing. But will they get something else? We aren’t sure! Based on last year, the Clippers should be getting a new City edition uniform as well as an Earned uniform for making the playoffs.

Now, there’s no guarantee that the team shows any new jerseys today, but how cool would it be? Over the past few seasons, the team has strayed away from red as the main color on the jerseys. Do we get something like that this season?

There’s also the rumored court re-design. Yes, the team has a new court, but there was a variant that leaked with a cursive “Los Angeles” as the center court logo. This doesn’t match up with the Buffalo jerseys we saw, so what is going to pair with it?

With Nike’s success with so many uniforms, we are excited to see what we are going to be wearing this season.
