The Los Angeles Clippers will have another actor on the team as Boban Marjanovic is slated to be a part of John Wick: Chapter 3.
Do you have any good plans this summer? Well, our guy Boban Marjaonvic sure knows what he’s doing. Taking comfort in his 7 million guaranteed contract next season, the Los Angeles Clipper’s back up center is making different moves besides his incredible dancing during the pregames, he’s making the leap to the big screen in “John Wick: Chapter 3”.
According to Collider, he will be joining the cast of the Wick franchise in the role of one of the Master Assassins. I think we can all agree Master Assassin is not what comes to mind when we think of Bobie, but maybe that’s just what he wants us to think. Let’s hope Keanu Reeves’ John Wick also underestimates him when they face off, because I don’t want to be the one to tell Bobie what happens to the other assassins that cross John Wick’s path.
This won’t be the first time one of our centers has a role in a film. DeAndre Jordan briefly appeared in the TMNT sequel “Out of the Shadows”, where he played himself. His role occurred when our good guy Clippers were playing a game in New York during the film and the turtles were checking out the game. When the Clippers are playing, who can blame them?

I say let Bobie take full advantage of everything playing in Los Angeles has to offer. In his short 20 game stint for our team, he averaged 5.9 points on a .55 field goal percentage. Not to mention, he often played the hero coming off the bench, providing that spark of energy when we needed it most. Denver come back game anyone?
“John Wick: Chapter 3” will continue the successful stylish action franchise and Chad Stahelski will return to direct. Actually come to think of it, maybe John Wick aka “the boogeyman” should be afraid of our Bobie. I mean he is 7’3 with an 8 foot wingspan, and those hands… they are the only ones to put Kawhi Leonard to shame.
Lionsgate will release John Wick: Chapter 3 on May 17, 2019. The Synopisis is as follows:
"John Wick (Keanu Reeves) is on the run for two reasons… he’s being hunted for a global $14 million dollar open contract on his life, and for breaking a central rule: taking a life on Continental Hotel grounds. The victim was a member of the High Table who ordered the open contract. John should have already been executed, except the Continental’s manager, Winston, has given him a one-hour grace period before he’s “Excommunicado” – membership revoked, banned from all services and cut off from other members. John uses the service industry to stay alive as he fights and kills his way out of New York City.”"
Break a leg Bobie…actually don’t… we need you.
