Los Angeles Clippers may not have Avery Bradley for the rest of the year
The Los Angeles Clippers may be without guard Avery Bradley for the remainder of the season due to a sports hernia.
Avery Bradley has only appeared in six games for the Los Angeles Clippers after joining the team as part of the Blake Griffin trade. Now it seems those may be the only six games we see him in for the remainder of the season.
Bradley was diagnosed with a sports hernia and had tried to play through it, but after resting during the All-Star break, the guard has been unable to practice.

Now, according to Bradley through Broderick Turner of the LA Times, surgery may be something that is considered.
"“We’re just … ing it day by day and trying to strengthen up all the muscles around the injury,” Bradley said. “After that, we’re going to make the best decision, if that’s me playing or me getting surgery.”"
Bradley is a restricted free agent this summer and it’s unclear what feelings the Clippers might have towards re-signing him. Tobias Harris and the first round draft pick were obviously the main gets of the trade, but Bradley is a nice piece who is capable of scoring and being a lockdown defender.
With several teams not having a ton of money this summer, the Clippers may still be able to secure him at a decent price.
In Bradley’s absence, the Clippers will have to plug in other guards. C.J. Williams finally made his return during the loss to the Rockets and the team has reportedly shown interest in Derrick Rose. Despite not agreeing to a deal with Tyrone Wallace yet, the Clips could also still sign him to either an extension or a contract to finish out the season.
