Los Angeles Clippers Mid-Season Grades: Wesley Johnson

Overall Grade: B-

Wesley Johnson and the team are hard workers. They have shown that they can play with anyone and when they play at a fast pace it only brings out his athleticism. He helps the Clippers on the defensive end and if the Clippers can continue to push for the playoffs, he can be a nice back up for Tobias Harris who came over in the trade that sent Blake Griffin to Detroit.

The Clippers signed Wesley Johnson through 2018-2019. He plays well in his role and it would be good to remember what he brings to the team. His defense brings value and he is effective for stretches. If he can continue to find his way, he can finish off the year strong and will make the Clippers looks like geniuses for signing Wesley at a team friendly contract.
