With the LA Clippers beginning Summer League play on Friday, there were several players on the roster for fans to look out for. Some guys were relative unknowns fighting for their spot in the NBA, including some youngsters that may actually have a decent shot of making the roster.

But there were also more established guys like Kobe Brown and guys guaranteed to be on the NBA roster this year like Cam Christie were out there. Among this group of players, one clearly stood out among the rest: Jordan Miller.

The University of Miami product and 2023 Clippers draft selection put on a show, logging a team-high 36 points on 11-for-18 shooting, knocking down six of his 10 three-point attempts. Miller added in five rebounds, an assist and a steal as well.

This was just the kind of performance Clippers fans were hoping to see out of the 2023 second-round pick. Jordan of course spent the majority of this past season with the G League affiliate Ontario Clippers (now San Diego Clippers), appearing in only eight games with the NBA club.

Putting on a show like this was the first step toward Miller earning more minutes and becoming a real part of Tyronn Lue's rotation next season. Given his defensive ability to guard multiple positions and his athleticism, Jordan should be in a great position if he keeps this kind of production up.
