The 2024 NBA free agency period has begun, and plenty of big moves have already been made around the league between Sunday and Monday. For the LA Clippers, the vision of what next season will look like appears much clearer, as the team is set to make the brand new Intuit Dome their home arena.
Paul George's free agency decision was of course the biggest domino set to fall this offseason, and he will now officially be headed to Philadelphia to join Joel Embiid and the 76ers. In getting George off the books, the Clippers created a significant amount of cap space.
So far, they have been using that space to re-sign some of their own free agents, while also making bold plays for other available players. While all this is going on, there are still rumblings that Russell Westbrook could be on his way out of town as well. It is safe to say that this Clippers team will look far different when the 2024-25 season tips off in October.
