3. Kyle Anderson

The Clippers already have plenty of high-end shotmaking talent, and they have a capable point guard-slash-distributor in James Harden. By all means, they have what they need to succeed and continue putting up points on the scoreboard next season, especially if Paul George returns. But one thing they could benefit from adding is an offensive connector.

This is often a cerebral player who can sometimes act like a player-coach on the hardwood, directing teammates and making smart reads, whether it is setting picks, making an extra swing pass or any number of winning plays. A great example of this is the Golden State Warriors and how they have used Draymond Green to help get even more out of their offensive and defensive process.

Kyle Anderson could do this for the Clippers in the same way he has done it for the Minnesota Timberwolves over the course of the past two seasons. Anderson was dealing with recovering from an eye injury this past season which significantly hindered him and tanked his season stats. But assuming he can get back to normal levels of production, Slo-Mo could be an excellent ceiling-raiser for the Clips. Not to mention he would bring some already-established chemistry with Kawhi Leonard, having played with him for four seasons in San Antonio.
