Franchise-altering pieces or at least or at least All-Star caliber players are normally found with the 7th overall pick in any particular draft. The LA Clippers, however, have never been afforded such luck.

Throughout LA’s history, the franchise was given three number seven overall picks in a given draft. Each time, however, their draft picks showed brilliance before ultimately flaming out. At no point has LA even made the postseason with their number seven pick. Meaning, something is incredibly flawed with their scouting department.
