2. Reggie Jackson

Has Reggie Jackson ever been one of the main focal points of an offense? Well, he was in Detroit and we all saw how badly that ended for everyone involved.

After mulling over retirement options, Jackson was arguably at his best lat season. The incredibly talented guard averaged 16.8 points per game to go along with 4.8 dimes. For most of Jackson’s career, his ball clubs normally experienced the most success when he could provide small spurts of offense against second units. In Oklahoma City, Jackson thrived off the bench. In Detroit, while they did make the postseason, they flamed out quickly.

At this stage in his career, is Jackson good enough and reliable enough to be the Clippers’ third in command when George and Leonard don’t have it going? We highly doubt that.
