Anthony Davis

2021 Regular season stats: 23.2 ppg, 9.9 rpg, 2.3 bpg

At the age of 37, LeBron James can’t be happy with the current offensive pecking order of the Los Angeles Lakers. Admittedly, James believed that with Anthony Davis by his side, he could ease his way out of his current top dog status, while allowing Davis to become the Lakers’ go-to man. Be that as it may, that simply hasn’t happened yet.

This past season was a nightmare for Davis. He was seemingly always injured. And even when he wasn’t on the mend, his numbers simply weren’t up to snuff. Davis dropped a cool 23.8 points per game and 9.9 boards, more than respectable, but we’ve come to expect more from Davis.

At one point, many believed that Davis was on his way to becoming the league’s best player, now…he isn’t even the best sidekick in the Western Conference.
