Brandon Ingram

2021 Regular season stats: 22.7 ppg, 5.8 rpg, 5.6 apg

It’s time to officially look at Brandon Ingram as one of the best players in the entire NBA. The former number two overall pick took advantage of the added opportunities that was lumped onto his plate once Zion Williamson isn’t in the lineup.

With Ingram averaging just a shade over 22 points per game this season, he went to a completely different level in the postseason. In six incredibly close games against the Phoenix Suns, Ingram shot over 47% from the field, a hair over 40% from behind the arc, and 27 points per game. There’s practically nothing Ingram can’t do on the offensive side of the court. If he ever buckles down and figures out how to use his length and athleticism on defense, Ingram can easily become the best sidekick in the entire Western Conference.
