The Los Angeles Clippers have been without their two best players for much of this season. While Kawhi Leonard has been out all year rehabbing a torn ACL he suffered in last year’s NBA Playoffs, Paul George has only suited up for 26 games this season.

Lastly, that leaves Kawhi, who the team seems least optimistic about, but are also non-committal in terms of ruling him out for the playoffs. An ACL tear is generally a 12-month expected recovery time, which would obviously put his timetable for return into the playoffs, but if he’s able to get back even a few weeks early, this team could become really dangerous and their odds would skyrocket.
