3. Marcus Morris

Marcus Morris saw his stock and aura jump through the roof during the 2019-20 season. In his role as the leading man with the New York Knicks, Morris had the best year of his career. He averaged 19.6 points, 5.4 boards, and shot 43.9% from behind the arc.

As a Clipper, Morris has done his best to fit in as the team’s third-best scorer but things haven’t been seamless. Morris averaged 10.1 and 13.4 points per game in two seasons with George and Leonard by his side. Solid but not good enough to be considered a true third option.

Morris has an affordable contract. Following this season, he has two years remaining at just over $31 million. Morris can help a championship-level team get over the hump or he can provide solid scoring for a team that’s attempting to make a championship push.

With Morris averaging 15.5 points, 5.2 rebounds, and shooting 36.2% from distance – it’s time to move Morris while his value is so high.
