No. 1 big storyline going into LA Clippers training camp: Solidifying team chemistry through the adversity

It’s dumb how a lot of the national analysts are counting the LA Clippers out next year, but we realistically know a bit about why they are. They don’t think we’ll be able to hold up without Leonard.

This is why any opportunity to build team chemistry with the guys that we do have out here will be huge.

The Clippers had a tough time building as much chemistry as they would have liked last year due to last season’s entire starting five and more missing significant time. It was hard to figure out how to play seamlessly when guys are playing in different lineups constantly.

Now that we have a more normal offseason, we have a chance to get a head start, and need to take advantage. Team chemistry is going to be bigger than anything this season without our leader and best player.

If we can learn to play at an elite level right now without Kawhi, we’re going to finish the season really strong once we’re able to add Kawhi back into the mix.

Training camp matters. It matters every year, but this year it’s even more crucial.
