Ranking Clips’ Kawhi Leonard and Paul George duo with the rest of the NBA

No. 4 duo in the NBA: LeBron James and Anthony Davis

LeBron James is in the conversation for best player in the world, and was a First-Team All-NBA selection yet again this season. Many would suggest that this duo should be ranked better, but the reality is that this duo disappointed big-time in the postseason.

James and Davis barely got into the playoffs as a seven-seed and play-in team, and then got bounced. Davis didn’t even finish the series, and both players struggled to stay healthy during the regular season.

No. 3 duo in the NBA: Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton

This duo has to be in the top three. They won the NBA title this year, and have Giannis, who is a two-time NBA MVP, a Defensive Player of the Year, and just 26 years old.

Giannis proved that he is the best player in the East by beating Kevin Durant in the postseason, and bouncing back from his injury with a ring. Middleton also played a major role for the Bucks not only this year, but in the past as well. The two-time All-Star manned many responsibilities, and complimented Giannis very well in the Finals.
