When the LA Clippers signed Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, they knew they were putting something special together for years to come.

Indeed they have, and they are one of the best duos in the entire NBA right now.

As to where they specifically stand among the rest of the league, I’ll get there. For now, here are who rounds out the top 10:

Ranking the LA Clippers’ Kawhi Leonard and Paul George duo with the rest of the NBA

No. 10 duo in the NBA: Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis

Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis keep giving the LA Clippers a run for their money in the postseason. It’s been more of just Luka Doncic a little bit, but regardless, that duo almost took out a top two team in the Western Conference this season.

Doncic put up 35.7 points per game, 10.3 assists per game, 7.7 rebounds per game, and 1.3 steals per game in the postseason this year. Pair that with an athletic 7’3″ center in Porzingis who has elite upside, and you have a top ten duo in this league. First round exit or not.

No. 9 duo in the NBA: Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons

I get it; the 76ers disappointed in the playoffs this year. Embiid and Simmons are still a duo that provides a ridiculous amount of talent to the court.

Embiid was one of the top MVP candidates this year, and while Simmons can’t shoot, he still averaged 14.3/6.9/7.2 and 1.6 steals per game this season. He can do everything else from the point guard spot, and the two of them earned themselves the top seed in the East this year.
