No. 1 option for LA Clippers 2021-22 starting five

The best starting lineup option for the LA Clippers has Nicolas Batum starting in it:

PG: Reggie Jackson

SG: Paul George

SF: Nicolas Batum

PF: Marcus Morris Sr.

C: Serge Ibaka

I really like Batum’s leadership that he showed throughout the season, and his defensive capabilities that he showed in the postseason. He could take on all sorts of different matchups, and can still shoot a really great three ball.

I like the experience of this lineup, and I put Ibaka back in due to his extensive experience as well. Everybody in this lineup has been in this league for a long time. This lineup has a lot of size while still being able to stretch the floor through athleticism and three-point shooting.

This is the best possible lineup for the Clippers. When Leonard gets back, he’ll obviously be coming in for Batum, but for now Batum is a great fit for the starting five.

Next. Why a Siakam trade would take team to next level. dark

It’s pretty exciting to think about all the combinations this team could go with for their starting lineup. This team is ready to compete again.
