No. 2 best fit for the LA Clippers still available in free agency: Danny Green

Danny Green would be an impact player on the LA Clippers.

It’s a perfect fit. He’s a proven winner, and has won three championships in this league. He also has won two of those with Kawhi Leonard, and has great chemistry with him on the court.

So he has playoff success and he works well with Leonard. Well, guess who could be back by the playoffs? Kawhi Leonard.

The two of them on the same team come postseason time would be dangerous. They’ve won a championship on both franchises they’ve played on together, and would at least compete for another.

Green can also still shoot the lights out, as he shot over 40% from deep yet again this year. He’s underrated on D too, as he averaged 1.3 steals per contest this season.

He’s been very durable, and he’s been there and done that in this league.
