No. 1 bargain bin free agent worth pursuing for the LA Clippers: Lou Williams

I love the idea of a Lou Williams return to the LA Clippers this offseason.

They should never have traded him in the first place, and they could make up for it by bringing him back this offseason. There’s no way he’d cost much at his age.

He can run the point too, so they wouldn’t be losing any bodies by sacrificing Rondo for the better Lou Will.

Having someone who can go and get their own bucket off of the bench would be huge. That’s the type of player Williams is, and he would mean lots to Clipper Nation. A fan favorite, Williams would bring a special kind of juice to this franchise.

These three free agents aren’t stars. LA still can sign one of them for cheap and set themselves up to contend once again, and the Clippers need to make sure they evaluate all their options.
