No. 2 best home if Nicolas Batum leaves the LA Clippers this offseason: The Milwaukee Bucks

If the Clippers don’t land Nicolas Batum in this 2021 offseason, the 2021 NBA Champion Milwaukee Bucks may try to slide in.

P.J. Tucker is a free agent this offseason, and Bobby Portis may turn down his player option.

If the two of them aren’t back, the Bucks are going to want a guy like Batum who can play positions two through four and can take on tough defensive assignments.

He can also shoot, which is obviously something that Tucker had in his tool box.

The Bucks are going to be an experienced team next year, and Batum has lots of playing experience. I’m sure they’ll also like that his game got better in the playoffs.

Batum can get meaningful minutes for the Bucks without even starting if these free agents don’t come back. it wasn’t long ago when Tucker wasn’t even starting, but still making his mark on the team.

Batum can probably get a decent contract from the Bucks if these other players don’t come back, and the Bucks would get a good player in return.
