No. 1 trade chip for the LA Clippers: Terance Mann

The LA Clippers could most likely get a ton in return from Terance Mann.

Now, that doesn’t mean that the Clippers should trade him. I’d love to see all three of these guys in a Clipper uniform again.

But, remember when Mann went crazy in Game 6 of the Western Conference Semifinals to close out the Utah Jazz? Remember when NBA fans went even crazier?

We knew Mann was that type of player, but the rest of the world didn’t. Everybody licks their chops when they think about the potential of the Florida State product nowadays.

There’s no way NBA front offices aren’t doing the same. Heck, Stephen A. Smith even said that Mann is so valuable that we may not even want to bring Kawhi Leonard back. Now, that was an absolutely ridiculous take.

But the point is, Mann has some of the most trade value among the role players on this team.

The Clippers should only entertain trading these players if the value is right. That of course needs to be the number one priority. If they can get the right offer, however, upgrading the roster needs to be the most important motive of this offseason.
