No. 2 former Kawhi Leonard teammate for the LA Clippers to consider signing: Danny Green

If Danny Green signs with the LA Clippers this offseason, he’s going to be in the right system for his strengths.

Like Mills, Green is always on target from three. He’s a lifetime 40.1% three-point shooter, and shot 45.5% one year.

That year was the 2018-2019 season, where Green won a championship with Leonard in Toronto.

Green has also won a championship in San Antonio with Leonard in 2015, just like Mills.

Green can play both wing spots, and while the Clippers don’t really need a lot of help there, it’s always great to acquire depth that already has tons of chemistry with your best player. He’s won three championships in this league, and championship experience is tough to come by.

Green’s a starter in this league, and if the Clippers can add another piece like that, it will be pouring threes all night at Staples next year.
