LA Clippers: Serge Ibaka is living his best life and we’re jealous

The addition of Serge Ibaka to the LA Clippers this season was seen as a move to not just help the team on the court but also the chemistry in the locker room. During last year’s postseason, stories about a fractured team emerged and everyone knew that changes had to be made.

So far, Serge has seemed like the perfect addition to the roster both on and off the court. On the floor, his defensive presence and his spacing on offense mesh perfectly with the starting unit.  Off the court, he’s been the perfect teammate.

While the LA Clippers are certainly enjoying it, it seems like Serge Ibaka is having a great time as well.

Yesterday, Serge showed us all how much fun he’s having now that he is on vacation during the All-Star Break. While his teammates, Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, were in Atlanta for the game, Serge was in LA living his best life. (I assume LA based on the hashtag but could be mistaken.) You can watch his wild TikTok here.

As you can see, he’s smoking hookah and drinking margarita mix while jamming out in the pool. I don’t know about you all but I’m quite a bit jealous of everything going on in that video.

It’s also super odd to me that he’s drinking margarita mix but apparently with no tequila? That stuff is essentially pure sugar.

While absolutely jealous of Serge, it’s impossible to be mad at him. It seems like the move from the cold city of Toronto to Los Angeles has been a treat for him and hopefully he continues to enjoy the time here.
