The LA Clippers, coming off a 120-106 win, again face off against the Oklahoma City Thunder in Staples Center as they look to extend their win streak to seven games.

While Friday night looked as though the Clips will have no problem beating OKC twice, they shouldn’t take this game lightly, especially considering it’s a Sunday afternoon game which is something the team has struggled with historically.

Here are three things to watch for from the LA Clippers versus OKC.

1. What to watch for from the LA Clippers: Can Luke Kennard bounce back?

On Friday, pretty much all of the Clippers looked great, with Luke Kennard being the exception. Don’t get me wrong, he was getting a ton of awesome looks but just could not convert to save his life.

Kennard went just 1-7 from the field on Friday and missed every three point attempt that he took. This isn’t the norm for Kennard who is shooting 49.5% from the field and 46.4% from deep this season.

Perhaps Ty Lue will look to get him some easier looks on Sunday to keep his confidence high. Kennard was given a big contract extension by the team this summer so they obviously believe in his abilities. Friday was just one game of 72 but if the team thinks they can again win fairly easily, getting Kennard some extra looks might be worth it in the long run.

I fully expect Kennard to have a bounce-back game and would not be surprised to see him score 15+ points on the afternoon.
