3. Paul George’s Shooting

We all knew Paul George had to be included. I’m not even that fired up compared to some of the comments I have seen on Twitter.

I’ll even be the one to say it. Outside of another poor night shooting, PG had a pretty great game. Don’t believe me? Go watch him again and ignore the shooting. His defense was solid. He didn’t look checked out of the game. He has the second-most assists on the team with seven. He was tied for a team-high nine rebounds. PG also tied for a team-high two steals. Everything went right except for the shooting.

Even if his shooting isn’t there, PG is confident he can still be a help to the team.

Even so, PG needs to shoot better. It’s coming. It absolutely has to if the LA Clippers plan to make a deep run in this postseason.

The Clippers and Mavs face off again on Sunday as LA looks to go up 3-1 in the series.
