Was there any doubt who would be sitting at number one?

I think it’s safe to assume that both Patrick Beverley and Montrezl Harrell will select their own team as one of the ones they use. Even if they didn’t play for the Clippers though, why wouldn’t they pick them?

The Clippers boast the highest average rating in the game and are deep at every position. Kawhi Leonard and Paul George are the perfect two-way superstars. The bench has an amazing one-two punch in Lou Williams and Trezz. They have knockdown shooters in Bev, Landry Shamet, Marcus Morris, and JaMychal Green.

In short, this team is dangerous literally at all times. Even if the bench unit is in, there are multiple ways to score and stay afloat. Picking the Clippers is an absolute no brainer.
