December 25 – Hello Showtime, Come Get This Work
The biggest Christmas Day matchup will come out of LA as both superpowers will take on each other in the City of Angels in the biggest matchup of December for both teams.
Both teams will hopefully enter the game fully healthy and give us a potential preview of the Western Conference Finals and a matchup of LeBron James vs. Kawhi Leonard.
The Clippers are going to prove a point in this game. The matchup will be highly anticipated on the Christmas stage and the Clippers will show everyone that they are no longer the little brother in LA, much like they have been trying to prove for the last couple of years now.
The game won’t be a blowout but the Clippers will let it be known that they are the team to beat in the Western Conference come playoff time.
Clippers Record : 9-3
December 28-31 – Clippers Finish Month and Year on a High Note
The Jazz and Kings are the final two opponents that the Clippers will see before 2019 concludes and both teams will see defeat against the Clippers, seeing the Clippers finish the month with an impressive 11-3 record and a spot at the top of the Western Conference.
As the Clippers finish the month of December, the rest of the season awaits but with a clear path towards a top seed in the Western Conference. The Clippers have the star power and defensive mentality to play with anyone in the league and the month of December will more than prove that as the All-Star Break and other notable regular season dates await.
