LA Clippers 2019-20 Schedule Breakdown: October
Thursday, October 31 – vs. San Antonio
The final game of the month comes on Halloween in Staples Center versus the San Antonio Spurs. This also marks the first back-to-back of the year for the Clips.
The Spurs still are headlined by DeMar DeRozan and LaMarcus Aldridge, with Dejounte Murray, Derrick White and Rudy Gay rounding out the starting lineup.
Depth wise, the Spurs added DeMarre Carroll and still have Marco Belinelli, Patty Mills and will get Lonnie Walker IV activated this season after missing most of his rookie year.
The Clippers are better than the Spurs. Unlike most teams, their coaching is also not at a huge disadvantage to Pop.
Even though this is the first back-to-back and the team will be traveling home in between games, the Clippers still pull this one off.
With a win over the Spurs, the team rolls off four straight to finish the month at 5-1. This is an ideal start with a tough schedule still in front of them in November.
