LA Clippers’ Paul George is the best 2k player in the league
According to Ronnie 2k himself, Paul George of the LA Clippers is the best NBA 2k player in the entire league.
He may have finished third in MVP voting for his outstanding performance with the Oklahoma City Thunder last season, but the LA Clippers’ new superstar Paul George can claim he is the MVP of something else – 2k.
According to Ronnie 2k, the 2k franchises’ Digital Marketing Director, Paul George is the best 2k player among NBA players.
This quote came when he joined Rich Kleinman on ESPN’s The Boardroom. You can check out the full clip below.
Ronnie cites George’s ability to play as himself as something unique among the other NBA players and says he understands how to pull off all of his own moves. Given his 93 rating that was recently revealed, he should have an easy time again this season.
After George, Ronnie lists Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving as the next best two in the league. Sounds like the Brooklyn Nets might have the best 2k duo in the league, even if they aren’t the highest actual rated pairing in the game.
Paul George will likely have a little time to hone his skills in 2k20, this year’s iteration of the game. There is a rumor circulating that the All-Star won’t be available to play for the LA Clippers until possibly six weeks into the season.
While that’s not ideal, it’s in everyone’s best interest for George to make sure that he is one-hundred percent ready to compete as he, along with Kawhi Leonard, Patrick Beverley, Lou Williams and Montrezl Harrell try and take the Clips to their first ever NBA Finals.
