9. Portland Trail Blazers

CJ McCollum and Damian Lillard make the Portland Trail Blazers one of the more exciting 2k teams to use. 2k has always favored tearing it up with the dribble stick and the Blazers have not one, but two of the better guys to do this with.

It has to be assumed Lillard will have the Limitless Range badge, so he can really upset opponents with long-range threes.

The unsung hero here? Hassan Whiteside.

Big men can get a little too dominant in 2k, especially when it comes to lobs. While Whiteside isn’t a great NBA player (despite what his contract indicates), he’s the perfect big for 2k. He’ll grab all the rebounds you need, set big screens and will catch lobs. If you happen to manually control the center on defense, he will also be a big help protecting the rim.

Speaking of bigs, you’ll also have Jusuf Nurkic to help carry the load on the offensive end. The bench has a little bit of scoring potential with Rodney Hood, so the Blazers are just well rounded enough to be an online threat.
