As the off-season is in full swing for teams and players, the LA Clippers are taking no days off. The Clippers hope this early start of work and preparation can lead them to a deeper run in the 2020 NBA season.
The LA Clippers are already starting the off-season on a high note as about more than half the team has been seen working out and getting stronger for next season.

It is a welcoming sight to see the bond and chemistry this team shares with one another.
I firmly believe that I have never seen a team that cares for one another and loves hanging out with each other this much.
The work the team is putting in this summer will only reap with benefits come time for Training Camp.
One player that has been standing out in his workouts is now second-year guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. You can see the work he has been putting in to get bigger and stronger.
Some other notable players seen at the practice facility recently are Lou Williams, Montrezl Harrell, Patrick Beverley, Landry Shamet, Ivica Zubac, Jerome Robinson, Sindarius Thornwell and Jonathan Motley.
It is not only the players who are invested in getting this team looking better for this upcoming season but also the Front Office and Training Staff.
Last Night, Rico Hines, assistant coach of the G-League’s Stockton Kings and known for setting up private pick-up games in the summer invited LA Clippers players out to the UCLA Basketball practice gym to get some run in.
In the video above is highlights from the Clipper players participating in a 5 on 5 run. On one team was Lou Williams, Landry Shamet, Sindarius Thornwell, SGA and Jonathan Motley facing Montrezl Harrell and other former NBA players including Bobby Brown.
5 takeaways from that video included:
- SGA looking more poised and aggressive on offense with his play-making, driving in and 3-point shot
- Monrezl Harrell adding the 3-pointer to his game and knocking them down
- Lou Williams being Lou Williams
- The duo of SGA and Landry Shamet connecting on all cylinders
- Sindarius Thornwell and Jonathan Motley building more confidence with their game
It is extremely exciting seeing how this team is developing together as one collective unit and putting in the necessary hours to make sure their game is on point come October.
The LA Clippers aren’t doing the talking but they sure are showing that hard work does truly pay off.
