#2: March 17th vs Nets: “Clippers roar back from down 19 and Lou Williams knocks down the game-winning 3 as time expires”

This game had the looks of being a trap-game before both teams even stepped foot on the court.

The Nets, just like the Clippers, were viewed as an underrated, hard-nosed, competetive team coming into this game and it showed.

For the first quarter and a half, the Nets were taking and making high-percentage shots including from All-Star D’Angelo Russell.

D-Lo and fellow teammate DeMarre Carroll combined to score 54 points for the Nets (32 for D-Lo, 22 for Carroll), and on the flip side Lou Williams, Gallo and Trezz provided 65 points for the Clips (25 for Lou and 20 each for Gallo and Trezz).

The shot of the night however came from the man who has mastered fading away to his left and always hitting tough shots.

Lou Williams would hit a game-winning three against the Nets, but this was his first one where there were zero’s standing across shot clock and game clock.

This was an amazing game capped off by one of the league’s best scorer’s producing in crunch-time.
