All right, let’s move on. 47-31, four games left. The Rockets, Lakers and Jazz will all be playing the Clippers in Staples Center with all three of those teams on the second game of a back-to-back. There’s also an away game against the Warriors in there. Do the Clippers make 50 wins?

Ethan Smith [6:10 PM]
No.

Ryan Snellings [6:10 PM]
For what it’s worth, Logan, Rex made the unstatable comment.

Logan Rapp [6:10 PM]
(Yes I know Rex made the comment)

Seth Kimbrell [6:10 PM]
I think they hit 50 on the dot

Ethan Smith [6:10 PM]
Clippers win 2 of the 4 and hit 49. If the Clippers hit 50 wins, I’ll chug a beer on the spot

Logan Rapp [6:10 PM]
So Ethan, are you saying a loss vs. the Rockets?

Ethan Smith [6:11 PM]
Rockets are tough, Jazz are tough and GSW in Oracle is a loss

Matt Chong [6:11 PM]
I think the Clips have a slim chance of catching the Warriors while they’re resting players, which could give them a decent shot. I don’t know about the Jazz, though. They really have the Clippers’ number lately.

Ethan Smith [6:11 PM]
Lakers is the only given on that list.

Editor’s Note: *Ron Howard voice* It wasn’t.

Garrett Chorpenning [6:11 PM]
I think they do, yeah. The Clippers might be playing the Rockets in the first round, and I think that they’ll want to make a statement there. Huge rest advantage as well. Lakers should be a breeze. I’m worried only about the Warriors game. Don’t see the Clips losing at home to Utah on Ralph Lawler Night, of all nights

Ethan Smith [6:11 PM]
Warriors won’t rest, they are still fighting for the one seed with Denver

Cannon Wonderlich [6:11 PM]
There’s a chance, but I don’t like it. I think we can handle HOU and LAL, but UTA may be where we slip.

Seth Kimbrell [6:11 PM]
The Jazz are basically built to be the team that this LA squad has trouble with. But I think we might catch them resting as well. That’s the last game of the season, and they’ll possibly not have much to play for at that time

Ethan Smith [6:12 PM]
But in all seriousness, 49-33 could get the five seed. 50 wins gets the five seed at worst

Paul Tooke [6:12 PM]
How often Harden gets to the line worries me. He could go for 50 any given night

Matt Chong [6:12 PM]
Well that’s what I mean, there’s a chance of them catching them resting if Denver has fallen off enough by the time that game rolls around.

Logan Rapp [6:12 PM]
See, for me the Rockets is where it’s going to be the toughest. Houston is tied with Portland, and after Nurk’s injury, Portland’s vulnerable. I think the Rockets fight hard for the remainder of the season.

Cannon Wonderlich [6:13 PM]
I really don’t care about our end record. I just want to face Portland in the first round

Matt Chong [6:13 PM]
Yes, definitely that. Ultimately, that’s what I want most, too. Gives the Clippers the best chance of advancing to the second round.
