Following the loss to the San Antonio Spurs, we asked for your questions on the current state and future of the LA Clippers.

That’s what, four sorry games in a row from the LA Clippers? Luckily, one of those came against the Phoenix Suns and the Clips were able to pull out a win. After last night’s trouncing (this time against the Spurs), we asked our Twitter followers to shoot us some questions.

We did get a lot of good responses, so I will do my best to answer as many as possible. If you don’t see your tweet mentioned, I’m trying to make this a common occurrence so keep sending in questions. I’ll do my best to add variety each time this goes up!

One other thing – These are all just my opinions. Don’t take them as fact because as much as I don’t want to admit it, I have like bare minimum sources and can mainly only speculate from the comfort of my couch.

With all of that out of the way, let’s jump into the first question!

Okay, we will start with a bang. We have seen this team be both Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and I am still unsure of which is the true persona.

The real Clippers are most likely somewhere in between the hot start the team had and their current iteration. And you know what? I don’t think that team does make the playoffs.

I mean, have you seen the Western Conference? (Don’t worry. If you haven’t been watching, we play like half of them this month!) There are legitimately 14 teams fighting for eight spots and with 41 to 47 wins seemingly our ceiling, it is hard to see us making the playoffs.

It’s not all bad though. If we fail to make the playoffs, we hang on to our lottery pick and with our front office, that is actually a very exciting outcome.
