Marreese Speights (Center)

Marreese Speights was brought in to be DeAndre Jordan’s backup in 2016-2017, his only season as a Clipper. He provided spacing and rebounding for the Clippers bench and could replace DeAndre Jordan if the Clippers wanted to run with a small-ball lineup. Speights averaged 8.7 points and 4.5 rebounds per game. He signed with the Orlando Magic in the summer of 2017 and played a similar role for them. In the 2018 off season, Speights didn’t sign with an NBA team, instead signing with a Chinese basketball club.

Diamond Stone (Center)

Diamond Stone was with Brice Johnson as the only two rookies on this roster. Stone’s career has come to a stall for now. He suited up for seven games in the 2016-2017 season, where he averaged 1.4 points per game. While in his sole season of the Clippers, Stone was in and out of the D-League. He was part of the sign-and-trade to the Atlanta Hawks as part of the three-team trade for Danilo Gallinari from the Denver Nuggets. The Hawks later waived him and he signed with the Chicago Bulls, but was waived before he ever played for them. In the summer of 2018, Stone played for the Utah Jazz in the NBA Summer League but didn’t land a roster spot.
