Wesley Johnson (Small Forward)
Wesley Johnson was picked fourth overall to the Minnesota Timberwolves in the 2010 NBA Draft before players like DeMarcus Cousins (fifth to the Sacramento Kings), Gordon Hayward (ninth to the Utah Jazz), and Paul George (tenth to the Indiana Pacers). He had been to a few teams in his career before ending up on the Clippers in the summer of 2015. Johnson was never spectacular for the team, only averaging 2.7 points per game in 2016-2017. On the last day of the 2018 off-season, Johnson was traded to the New Orleans Pelicans for Alexis Ajinca, who was subsequently waived by LAC. Now, Johnson is playing a bench role for the Pelicans.
DeAndre Jordan (Center)
DeAndre Jordan became a Clipper after being the steal of the 2008 NBA Draft, being selected 35th overall. Jordan was the third wheel of the Clippers Big-3 during the Lob City Era. In 2016-2017, he averaged 12.7 points and 13.8 rebounds while playing in 81 games. This has been DJ’s only All-Star season this far into his career. During the 2018 off-season, Jordan signed with the Dallas Mavericks, a move foreshadowed in his 2015 free agency, where he committed to Dallas before going back on his word to stay with the Clippers. So far into his first season as a non-Clipper, DJ has been killing it, putting up 12.7 points, grabbing 14.3 rebounds, and blocking 1.4 shots per game.
